When buying, fees are paid in two stages. When you start work with us, you pay a non-refundable registration fee. Then when contracts are exchanged, you pay a success fee which is based on a percentage of the asking price. The registration fee is deducted from this success fee.
Rental fees work in exactly the same way and are due on the signing of the tenancy agreement.
We discuss all fees with you during your initial phone call at the start of the process, and submit them to you in a written proposal for your approval.
