We reduce the amount of time spent  visiting unsuitable properties, and provide an informed opinion on the property market. Useful as this is, our clients often tell us  how our post-offer services make just as much difference: moving from offer to completion is often complex and time-consuming, and we can ease much of the frustration of this stage of buying a property.

When buying our fees are paid in two stages.  When you retain us, you pay a non-refundable registration fee.  Next, on exchange of contracts, you pay a success fee, from which the registration fee is deducted.

For rentals fees fall due on the signing of the tenancy agreement.
